Mental Health Charity Roadshow Educates People on Mental Fitness and Mateship

Mental Health

As a part of their ‘Mateship Miles’ roadshow Mental health charity Gotcha4Life visits communities and educates them about mental fitness and developing support networks. The charity says that many people suffering from mental health issues are not sharing their hardships with their friends and family.

The workshops organised by the charity aim to revive the much-needed human connection and especially help the rural Australians build a support group.

According to Gus Worland, founder Gotcha4Life, “It’s all about building the emotional muscle and getting them mentally fit by putting them through some workshops and just being there to listen to them and to give them as much help as we possibly can,”
